Strala Yoga is the movement system that ignites freedom. Founded by Tara Stiles, Strala Yoga focus on moving over posing, and helping people find their own way into their own bodies, with a calm ease carried through easy and challenging things alike. Thousands of Guides lead Strala classes around the globe in gyms, studios, and partner studios, Strala Seattle Yoga being the first to open in 2014. Strala Yoga is on the schedule at Sports Club/LA and Club Med Gym in Paris, making the classes the first branded yoga program to be available at a major gym chain.
Strala’s class types include STRONG (intense yoga flow) RELAX (chill yoga flow) ENERGIZE (invigorating yoga flow) BASICS (awareness yoga flow) and GENTLE (restorative yoga flow). The yoga classes are movement driven, allowing each inhale to lift, expand and open, and each exhale to move further into the experience. An oceanic quality of calm power guides the experience. The result is a great feeling of expansion, freedom, strength, and radiance from the inside out.

GENTLE: Strala’s GENTLE class is a simple yoga flow tailored to open and strengthen the body and calm and ease the mind, creating a healthy range of motion in the body and a relaxed and focused mind.
CORE: Strala’s CORE class is a 30 minute mindful yoga flow designed to strengthen your core from the inside out. Targeted movements use your entire body in concert to build powerful and lasting core strength.
